Columbus Steakhouse & Fine Dining

The Merlot Room is the largest of our three private dining rooms, featuring an entire wall of windows which allow plenty of natural light, a gas log fireplace, and space for mingling or equipment setup for presentations.  For extra space, the Merlot Room can join our Cabernet Room making it perfect for larger groups that want a separate area to host their welcome reception before sitting down for dinner.  The Merlot Room is also equipped with a Bose sound system and hard-wired for internet presentations.

The Chardonnay Room is bright and cheerful with  champagne colored walls and wall of windows that allow plenty of natural light.  This room is perfect for board meetings, speaker presentations or intimate groups of family and friends.  The room also features a built in Bose sound system which is perfect for speaker presentations.

The Cabernet Room features three walls of windows and over looks our beautiful patio, which can be combined with the space during warmer weather for a wonderful place for your guests to mingle before moving inside for dinner.  Sliding pocket panel doors, leather captain’s chairs, a gas log fireplace, built in Bose sound system, hard-wired internet and four flat panel TV’s complete the space making it perfect for entertaining or business presentations.

The back of the main dining room is situated in between two of our private dining rooms, with a wall of tall windows on the west side of the building making it almost “private” on three sides, and can be booked for semi-private reservations for larger groups that are   looking to dine in the same area.

During the warmer months, the patio is the perfect setting for casual get together for larger groups and can be utilized as a separate space to start the evening before moving inside for dinner, or a wonderful space to spend the entire evening with soft lighting and a retractable canopy awning.  Beautiful planted flower boxes add a splash of color and are the perfect accent.

Eddie Merlot’s is uniquely designed for groups that may be larger than what our three private dining rooms can accommodate, in the fact that we have the ability to     section off parts or all of the restaurant depending upon your group’s specific dining needs.  Please contact the restaurant to further discuss how we can customize our spaces to be exactly what your event is looking for.  In addition, our sound system is equipped to broadcast in specific areas or throughout the entire restaurant depending on your event’s needs.  Available for partial or full buy-outs.
