Merlot Room: The largest of our private dining spaces, the Merlot Room can seat up to 62 guests for dinner. With the option to combine with the Cabernet Room, it’s perfect for larger groups who want to mingle or have a presentation before dinner.
Chardonnay Room: The Chardonnay Room offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with a built-in Bose sound system. It’s ideal for intimate family gatherings or professional board meetings, comfortably seating 44 for dinner.
Cabernet Room: The Cabernet Room overlooks our beautiful patio and boasts an airy, open feel. It can host 44 guests for dinner and includes AV equipment, making it a great choice for both entertaining and business events.
Alcove (Semi-Private): Situated at the back of the main dining room, the Alcove offers semi-private dining creating a cozy, intimate feel for up to 28 seated guests.
Patio: During warmer months, the patio is an ideal space for outdoor gatherings, with seating for up to 60 guests for dinner or 70 for a reception. It’s perfect for an evening spent entirely outdoors or as a pre-dinner reception area.
Main Dining Room: For larger groups, Eddie Merlot’s offers the option to section off parts of the restaurant or book the entire space for events. With seating for up to 300 guests and space for 400+ at a reception, booking the main dining room or full restaurant ensures your event has ample room to shine.

Merlot Room
The Merlot Room is the largest of our three private dining rooms, featuring an entire wall of windows which allow plenty of natural light, a gas log fireplace, and space for mingling or equipment setup for presentations. For extra space, the Merlot Room can join our Cabernet Room making it perfect for larger groups that want a separate area to host their welcome reception before sitting down for dinner. The Merlot Room is equipped with a Bose sound system and complimentary guest Wi-Fi.

Chardonnay Room
The Chardonnay Room is bright and cheerful with champagne colored walls and wall of windows that allow plenty of natural light. This room is perfect for board meetings, speaker presentations or intimate groups of family and friends. The room also features a built in Bose sound system and complimentary guest Wi-Fi.

Cabernet Room
The Cabernet Room features three walls of windows and over looks our beautiful patio, which can be combined with the space during warmer weather for a wonderful place for your guests to mingle before moving inside for dinner. Sliding pocket panel doors, leather captain’s chairs, a gas log fireplace, built in Bose sound system, complimentary guest Wi-Fi and two flat panel TV’s complete the space making it perfect for entertaining or business presentations.

Alcove/Semi-Private Area
The back of the main dining room is situated in between two of our private dining rooms, with a wall of tall windows on the west side of the building making it almost “private” on three sides, and can be booked for semi-private reservations for larger groups that are looking to dine in the same area.

Patio
During the warmer months, the patio is the perfect setting for casual get together for larger groups and can be utilized as a separate space to start the evening before moving inside for dinner, or a wonderful space to spend the entire evening with soft lighting and beautiful umbrellas.

Main Dining Room & Restaurant
Eddie Merlot’s is uniquely designed for groups that may be larger than what our three private dining rooms can accommodate. In fact, we have the ability to section off parts or all of the restaurant depending upon your group’s specific dining needs. In addition, our sound system is equipped to broadcast in specific areas or throughout the entire restaurant depending on your event’s needs. Available for partial or full buy-outs.
